Must be a high school graduate with a minimum of 48 months of work experience as a Sales Representative at a souvenir and gift wholesale company.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license. Must have knowledge and understanding of gift item sales principles. Must have the ability and resourcefulness to meet monthly sales quotas. Work requires knowledge of items being sold. JOB LOCATION: ACA Corporation Building (next to LN Market), Texas Road, Chalan Kanoa, Saipan, Commonwealth of The Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The worker selected for the job opportunity will need to reside in Saipan, CNMI to perform the services or labor required by the job opportunity.

OVERTIME: Overtime will be available to the worker and payable at 1.5 x the regular hourly wage rate ($ 10.68 x 1.5) or $16.02.
DEDUCTIONS: Employer shall make all deductions from the workers’ paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions that are not required by law shall be made from the workers’ paychecks, unless specified herein and disclosed in the work contract in accordance with 20 CFR §655.423(c).
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Employer guarantees to offer the workers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, as required by 20 CFR §655.423(f).
